Union Square Donuts, Vineyard Vines Coming To Assembly Row

SOMERVILLE, MA — Nine new local and national retailers are coming to Assembly Row this fall.

The shopping and dining complex will welcome a Lululemon pop-up, hair product company Madison Reed, mattress and bedding retailer Purple and clothing brand Vineyard Vines as part of its third phase of development. The retailers will join Boston-area favorites Union Square Donuts, Sav-Mor Spirits and Juicygreens, which are expected to open in the coming months.

At FitRow, the property's fitness hub, SweatHouz will open its first Massachusetts location, providing customers with an elevated infrared sauna experience. Ashley Furniture is also expected to move into the Assmebly Row Marketplace.

"Assembly Row continues to attract the best of both local and national brands to create a vibrant experience for our residents, employees, neighbors and visitors," said David Middleton, general manager of Federal Realty at Assembly Row. "These exciting new offerings further demonstrate how the neighborhood delivers for all of our audiences and will draw diverse concepts in years ahead."

Openings during Phase 3 have also included 455 Grand Union Boulevard, an office tower that is home to Puma's North American headquarters, and the 500-unit Miscela luxury apartment community. The two buildings feature outposts of CVS, sweetgreen, Shake Shack and Warby Parker.
