Candidates’ Forum For The Middlesex & Worcester State Senate Seat

A candidates' forum for the Middlesex & Worcester State Senate seat, which includes Sudbury precincts 2 and 3.

SUDBURY, MA—A candidates’ forum for the Middlesex & Worcester State Senate seat, which includes Sudbury precincts 2 and 3, is being held Thursday, Oct. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Acton Town Hall, 471 Main St. in Acton.

The League of Women Voters of Sudbury is co-sponsoring the event with the League of Women Voters of the Acton Area.

All three candidates in the Senate race have agreed to participate, said the announcement. They are incumbent Sen. James Eldridge; Margaret Busse, Republican; and Terra Friedrichs, Cooperative Green Economy.

The event is free and open to the public.

Sudbury’s other two state legislators, Sen. Michael Barrett, representing precincts 1, 4 and 5, and Rep. Carmine Gentile, are unopposed in the November election.
