Child Rape, Armed Robbery: Framingham Grand Jury Indictments

Eight Framingham-related cases were announced by the Middlesex DA.

FRAMINGHAM, MA–Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday the grand jury indictments handed down between Nov. 21, 2017, and Jan. 17, 2018

Eight Framingham-related cases were included.

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jonathan Eagle, 35, of Framingham, was charged with possession of a large capacity feeding device, receiving stolen property over $250, receiving a stolen credit card, and possession of a Class B substance (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.

Santos Car-Sanchez, 27, of Framingham, was charged with aggravated rape of a child and forcible rape of a child. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Cimini.

Joshel Garcia, 26, of Framingham, was charged with assault and battery causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

William Perez, 51, of Framingham, was charged with rape, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and being a habitual offender (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Margaret Pastuszak.

Edwin Sandoval, 39, was charged with aggravated rape of a child, forcing rape of a child, indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, assault with intent to rape, and disseminating harmful material to a minor. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Cimini.

Michael Hankins, 63, of Framingham, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.

Michael Espinosa, 34, of Framingham, was charged with armed robbery, larceny over $250, and misuse of a credit card over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Marcus Cole, 28, of Framingham, was charged with assault with intent to rape, indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, and larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.
