Local Man Faces OUI Charge in Sudbury
The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Sudbury Police Department on Dec. 7 regarding a motor vehicle accident resulted in the arrest of a local resident.
According to Lt. Robert Grady, officers responded to Hudson Road after receiving the call just before 7 p.m. and came upon two cars involved in an accident.
After the responding officers completed an investigation, Beau L. Boyle, 51, of 799 Concord Road, was arrested and charged with:
- OUI liquor;
- Marked lanes violation.
No injuries were reported in the accident.
