Man Exposed Himself To Sudbury Store Employees: Police
A man is accused of showing his genitals to workers at a Sudbury store, according to police.
SUDBURY, MA — A man is accused of showing his genitals to employees at a Sudbury store, according to police.
Police received a 911 call about a man pacing around and exposing himself at the Dollar Tree at 435 Boston Post Road at 11:23 a.m. Wednesday.
Police responded and found the man in the store's parking lot. Officers "recognized this individual from a similar incident that took place in April of 2023," according to police.

John Driscoll, 54, of Framingham, was charged with open and gross lewdness, accosting and annoying persons, and disorderly conduct. Driscoll is a level-two sex offender, police said.
He was scheduled for arraignment at Framingham District Court.

The incident occurred in a plaza that includes a child care center. Police confirmed with center staff that the suspect had not made any contact with the school and no children were present when the alleged crimes occurred.
