Joel Rodriguez Singletary, 21, <a href="http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/news/20180205/violent-fight-sends-to-sudbury-cops-to-hospital" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">was arrested after police found him in a stolen car,</a> reports MetroWest Daily News. The car had run out of gas, and while an officer who helped push the car off the road waited for Singletary's friend to return with gas, he ran the plate, discovering it was stolen. When that was discovered, Police Chief Scott Nix told MetroWest Daily News that Singletary became "combative," forcing officers to use a Taser.
