Motorist Hospitalized After 2-Car Crash in Sudbury

Another motorist received a citation in the accident.

The Sudbury Police Department cited one motorist on Sept. 15 after a 2-car crash on Union Avenue.

According to Chief Scott Nix, the department received multiple 911 calls regarding the accident.

After responding officers arrived at the scene and completed an investigation, a motorist who entered Union Avenue via Codjer Lane was cited for failure to yield, Lt. Robert Grady said.

A motorist in the other car sustained non-life-threatening injuries, Nix said, and was transported to Marlborough Hospital.

The accident occurred just before 7 p.m.
