New Restaurant Opens In Former Conrad's Space In Sudbury
The Point Grill Restaurant opened Monday along the Boston Post Road, according to the owners.

SUDBURY, MA — The Conrad's transformation is complete.
The former Boston Post Road outpost reopened Monday as the Point Grill Restaurant after gaining new ownership in the spring. The new restaurant concept has a partially revamped menu serving local beers, wines and American fare — but has retained some of the Conrad's dishes.
Local restaurateur Alexandre Alvarenga, who owns and operates Franco's Trattoria in Sudbury, took over Congrad's in June when the Sudbury Select Board transferred the former restaurant's licenses to him.

At the time, Alvarenga said he wasn't planning to make too many changes, except to renovate the outdoor dining area, re-stripe the parking lot and add live music.
The local Conrad's chain started in Norwood in 1999, and opened its Sudbury location in March 2015. The company also has restaurants in Walpole and Foxborough. Only the Sudbury location has changed hands so far, according to the Conrad's website.
