SUDBURY, MA — A trail that is made for everyone to walk through has opened in Sudbury.

The All Persons Trail at Wolbach Farm provides access to nature for people who use wheelchairs, walkers and strollers. The first phase of the multi-year project is complete, according to a news release by Sudbury Valley Trustees. The group also invited residents to celebrate the feat at a ribbon-cutting ceremony later this month.

In the coming years, Subdury Valley Trustees plans to extend the trail into the woods and add a nature play scape. They also hope to install interpretive features in multiple languages, which are expected to begin in 2026.

The group is still looking for donors though, according to their website. Donations range from $750 to $50,000 and offer the opportunity to either name a major feature or place a plaque at one location.

The ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. on July 24 at the farm, which is located at 18 Wolbach Rd. You can RSVP here.
