SUDBURY, MA - Sudbury Police have identified the man who was pulled from a brook near Codjer Lane late Wednesday evening and later pronounced dead.

Earl Mitchell Gogan, 64, was reported missing before police recovered his body. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The medical examiner's office is still conducting their investigation, but they do not consider foul play, according to the Sudbury Police Department.

Gogan was a resident of Sudbury.
