Model Matzah Bakery & Passover Experience

Why Go: this annual event brings participants together -- wearing bakers' hats, of course -- for the complete Matzah experience. From threshing and winnowing the wheat stalks to watching fresh Matzah come out of an authentic Matzah oven.

Discovery Museums Present 'Sun Catchers'

Why Go: What better way to get ready for a sunny spring and summer than by creating a sun catcher from natural and common materials.

Commonwealth Ballet Presents 'Intrigue'

Where/When: Regis College, 235 Wellesley St., Weston; 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 16 and 2 p.m., Sunday, March 17.
Why Go: The Commonwealth Ballet is presenting four works in a variety of styles including two world premiere's and Aaron Copeland's "Hear Ye! Hear Ye!"

Concord Orchestra Presents Peter Zazofsky

Where/When: Concord Orchestra, 51 Walden St, Concord; 8 p.m., Friday, March 15.
Why Go: The Concord Orchestra, conducted by Richard Pittman, presents its winter concert featuring Peter Zazofsky, who will perform the Violin Concerto No. 2 in G Minor by Sergei Prokofiev. Also on the program is Anton Bruckner’s Symphony No. 6 in A Major.
