Hysterical Woman Tells Police Man is Following Her, Engaging in Lewd Behavior

Friday, Aug. 14
At 1:34 a.m., a caller requested assistance removing a bat from the house.
At 6:17 a.m., a caller reported that a package was stolen from her front porch the day before.

At 11:50 a.m., a caller reported a motor vehicle was parked on his lawn. The vehicle’s owner was spoken with and the vehicle was moved.

At 7:08 p.m., a woman called and reported that a man was following her and masturbating. The log records that the caller was “hysterical” and stated that the man had passed her vehicle three times. She described the individual as driving a white vehicle and being of thin build, with tan skin and a mustache.
At 10:57 p.m., a woman called hysterical, but then hung up before any information could be logged. The phone was traced to a phone and an event at Marian Court. A person spoken with said that a fight had broken out at the event and someone yelled for her to call police. The individuals involved in the fight had left.
At 11:07 p.m., a caller reported a large group of juveniles exiting motor vehicles and walking up Sampson.
At 11:26 p.m., officers waiting at Phillips Beach until parents arrived to pick up kids. Summonses were planned, but no further details were provided.
Saturday, Aug. 15
At 1:14 a.m., an open door was found at Swampscott High School. An officer secured it.
At 7:53 a.m., a man reported his cat had gone missing in the past two days.
At 9:20 a.m., a caller reported his truck had been broken into overnight on Hampden Street.
At 12:06 p.m., a employee at Stop & Shop reported an individual was trying to use a forged document. Police arrested Jecilene Miranda, 28, of East Boston. Miranda was charged with using a counterfeit note and larceny under $250.
