Man Spots Suspect Rifling Through Neighbor's Glove Box

At 1:26 a.m., a resident called complaining of a banging noise coming from a nearby apartment. The residents of the other apartment were advised by police.
At 2:06 a.m., a caller reported that he found a man going through his downstairs neighbor’s glove box. The suspect, described as a white male in his early 20s with scruffy facial hair, ran toward Fisherman’s Wharf.

At 2:57 a.m., vandalism was reported on Greenwood Avenue.
