Swampscott 'Doggy Dip' Welcomes Pups Back To The Beach After Summer Ban

Dogs, and their families, are invited to Eisman's Beach for an afternoon of fun, raffles and treats.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The end of the summer beach season means the welcoming of dogs back to the sands of the Swampscott shore with a special "Doggy Dip" planned for this weekend at Eisman's Beach.

The weather is looking very summery in the 80s with bright sunshine for Sunday's event with small dogs invited from 4 to 5 p.m. and bigger dogs from 5 to 6 p.m.

There will be vendors onsite and a raffle courtesy of Healthy Pet.

Dogs attending must be current on vaccinations, well-behaved and socialized.

Owners 18+ must accompany dogs with a maximum of two dogs per person.

Dogs must be wearing collars with proper identification.
