The Sunday ceremony will be to commemorate the 18th anniversary of her death while serving her country in Iraq.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — A ceremony on Sunday will commemorate the 18th anniversary since Capt. Jennifer Harris gave the ultimate sacrifice while serving her country in Iraq.
The Honorable Few, Marine Corps League Captain Jennifer Harris Detachment 1302 will host the ceremony at 11 a.m. and her grave in Swampscott Cemetery.
The public is invited to attend.
