Swampscott Police Association Holiday Parade Back For 2025
The Swampscott police union is seeking groups to be part of this year's parade and ensuing music event on the Town Hall lawn.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The Swampscott Police Association Holiday Parade and toy drive will return to this season to help the community celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year's and other festive times of the season.
This year's event is on Dec. 13 at 5:30 p.m. with the parade beginning at Swampscott High School and ending at Town Hall.

The parade will be followed by a music and family-friendly event on the Town Hall lawn, hosted by the Swampscott Recreation Department.

The SPA is seeking organizations to be part of this year's celebration with those interested asked to contact Candace Doyle, Mike Chandler or Mike Kenyon at 781-595-1111.
This year's parade will begin at SHS and proceed from Essex to Burrill to Paradise to Vinnin to Salem Street. From Salem Street, the route goes down Humphrey Street to the Town Hall.

Once again this year, those attending are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for donation to Toys for Local Children.
Those not attending the parade who still wish to donate a toy can do so at the donation box at the Swampscott Police Station.
