2 Dogs Rescued From House Fire In Tewksbury

TEWKSBURY, MA — Firefighters rescued two dogs from a house fire Monday morning, according to the Tewksbury Fire Department.

According to the department, when firefighters arrived on the scene, they saw heavy fire coming from the rear porch area of the house.

The Billerica Fire Department, Andover Fire Department and Wilmington Fire Department assisted Tewksbury firefighters.

It was not immediately known what caused the fire or if the residents were home at the time.
