2011 Hunting and Fishing Licenses Now Available
Town Clerk reminds residents that new requirements are in place to obtain a hunting license.

Town Clerk, Mary-Ann Nichols, announces that the 2011 Hunting & Fishing (Sporting) licenses are available at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 1009 Main Street. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
First-time hunters need to show a Certificate of Competency from the Hunter Education Bureau and previously licensed hunters seeking to purchase hunting or sporting license's need to show a Certificate of Competency, or a previous hunting/sporting license.
Under the new law, an F.I.D. card or a license to carry card are no longer accepted.

Please be advised that all previous years licenses are returned to the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife Field Headquarters (508-792-7270).
