1. Your 3-day Local Weather Forecast: According to the NWS, today will be mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers. Not as cool with highs in the lower 70s. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

Monday Night: Mostly cloudy. Showers likely...mainly in the evening. Patchy fog. Lows around 50. South winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph...becoming west after midnight. Chance of rain 60 percent.

Tuesday: Partly sunny. Cooler with highs in the upper 50s. West winds 15 to 20 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear. Cooler with lows in the mid 30s. West winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph...diminishing to around 5 mph after midnight.

Wednesday Through Thursday: Partly cloudy. Highs in the mid 60s. Lows in the mid 40s.

2. It's Happening Today: The Tewksbury High Field Hockey Team will be playing a "Play 4 The Cure" game on Monday, Oct. 15th at Livingston St., 3:45 against Andover. All Donations will go to the "Meghan McCarthy Brain Tumor Foundation."

3. It's Happening Today, Part Deux: Former Boston Celtics guard Chris Herren will be speaking to students at Tewksbury High School today at 9:15 a.m. and again about noon. He will be speaking to the students about his struggles with drugs and alcohol and the negative impact it had on his career.
