Drunk Driver Who Struck Construction Worker Arraigned
Domenic Cataldo, 29, of Windham, New Hampshire faces several charges.

A Windham, NH man was arraigned Friday after hitting a construction worker with his car early Friday morning while allegedly drunk driving.
Domenic Cataldo, 29, of Windham, was arraigned in Lowell District Court Friday on charges of operating under the influence of liquor resulting in serious injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating with a revoked license, Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced.

Judge Jennifer Stark released Cataldo on conditions the defendant use no alcohol, undergo random screens, not drive without a valid license, and stay away and have no contact with the victim in this incident. The next scheduled hearing in this case is Friday, Oct. 2.
The Tewksbury Police Department responded to a call Friday at approximately 2:30 a.m., at 95 Main St., that a person had been struck by a vehicle. The victim, a construction company employee, was working at a job site at the time. Police arrested the operator of the vehicle at the scene and he was identified as Cataldo. The victim was transported to Lowell General Hospital.
