Friday, Nov. 1
Tewksbury Public Library will host a Friday morning matinee at 10:30 a.m. featuring 'Much Ado About Nothing.' Popcorn and lemonade will be provided during the movie. Find out more here.
The First Annual Puppy Doe Halloween Fundraiser will be held at 8 p.m. at the Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks Club. Tickets are $10 and all proceeds from raffle and ticket sales will go directly to the MSPCA. Costume is optional, although best will be rewarded.
Saturday, Nov. 2
Tewksbury (1) will host Somerville (8) for the first game of the Northeast Division 3 quarter finals tournament at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2 in Tewksbury.
The Friendly Little Bookstore at the Tewksbury Public Library will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Stop by and buy books at bargain prices while supporting Friends of the Library programs.
Strongwater Farm will host an American Competitive Trail Horse Association Trail Ride at 10 a.m. Proceeds benefit Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center Find out more about this event here.
Tewksbury Girls Softball League will host a registration session for the 2014 season at 9 a.m. at the Tewksbury Public Library.
Former Plimoth Plantation Director and author James W. Baker will discuss his latest book – “Thanksgiving: The Biography Of An American Holiday," at the Tewksbury Public Library at 2 p.m. Find out more here.
Sunday, Nov. 3
Tewksbury Hospital and Strongwater Equine Therapy Farm (formerly T.H.E. FARM) are co-sponsoring a 5K run/walk for wellness on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 9 a.m. on the grounds of Tewksbury Hospital.
