Grand Jury Indictments Announced in Three Tewksbury Cases
Indictments involve an unarmed robbery, rape, trafficking firearms, and assault and battery.

TEWKSBURY, MA - Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments Tuesday, including three that involve Tewksbury cases.
Indictments were handed down between January 14 and February 17, 2016.

- Daniel Doyle, 38, of Somerville, was charged with unarmed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
- William Hurcombe Jr., 38, of Stoneham, was charged with rape, indecent assault and battery, assault and battery on a family or household member, and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Lisa Fuccione.
- John Miller, 30, of Greenville, New Hampshire, was charged with trafficking firearms, possession of a large capacity feeding device, illegal sale of a large capacity feeding device, possession of a loaded firearm without a license, possession of a firearm without a license, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
