Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments Monday, including two that involve Tewksbury cases and area residents.Here is a look at the indictments:<ul><li>Philip Hartmann, 23, of Bedford, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, distribution of a Class B substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance, and distribution of a Class E substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Margaret Pastuszak.</li></ul><ul><li>Stephen Lebourdais, 33, of Andover, was charged with trafficking Oxycodone over 36 grams, trafficking Oxycodone over 18 grams (3 counts), possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone, and larceny of a drug. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Nagengast.</li></ul>
