Grand Jury Indictments Announced in Two Tewksbury Cases
Both indictments involve drug trafficking and possession with intent to distribute charges.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments Monday, including two that involve Tewksbury cases and area residents.
Here is a look at the indictments:
- Philip Hartmann, 23, of Bedford, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, distribution of a Class B substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance, and distribution of a Class E substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Margaret Pastuszak.
- Stephen Lebourdais, 33, of Andover, was charged with trafficking Oxycodone over 36 grams, trafficking Oxycodone over 18 grams (3 counts), possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone, and larceny of a drug. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Nagengast.
