Beginning this week, the GLCC will be offering to all Chamber members an opportunity to attend all networking mixers free! Osborn, president of the GLCC believes that in these tough economic times it will help give the membership an occasion to network without the worries or burden of having to pay a fee.
In 2010 it was announced at the Annual Breakfast that the GLCC held over 70 events, with more than 25 being networking mixers! The savings will be great and will help to bring those who cannot afford to attend to now do so. This is another example of what the GLCC offers to its members for no cost. This benefit goes hand in hand with other free benefits. Business Lunch with the Chamber heard every Thursday at noon on 980 WCAP is a chance for all members to expose their product or service for 15 to 20 minutes each week. Along with the radio exposure, the GLCC offers to members an opportunity to promote themselves on Marketplace, the Chamber’s T.V. show seen in all seven communities throughout Greater Lowell through it affiliation with Lowell Telecommunications.
