LETTER: Selectman Throws Support Behind Finegold

To The Editor:

I write in support of State Senator Barry Finegold and to urge fellow Tewksbury voters tovote for our outstanding state senator on November 6th. From my vantage point as a local official, I have witnessed Senator Finegold's efforts to support our community andto be responsive to our local needs. I can attest to his effective leadership and his dedication to work hard every day on behalf of Tewksbury and the other communities inour district. He has a proven track record of representing our interests in a professional, reasoned, and sound manner. He is a tireless advocate for us all and is accessible whenever we seek his assistance.

I believe this election is very important for our town and our region. I am supporting Senator Finegold because he is committed to collaboration, cooperation, and problem solving. He works hard every day with all stakeholders to craft real and long term  solutions for our employment, housing, and economic issues. He is not interested inpartisanship, obstructionism, or taking the credit. His experience demonstrates that hegrasps the big picture and knows how to get things done. Most importantly, I personally have found Senator Finegold to be a terrific human being, father, and husband, withsolid family values. These are all traits that I value in elected leaders. I urge Tewksbury residents to vote for Senator Finegold so our town will continue to represented by astrong and capable state senator. After all, we need and deserve it.
