TEWKSBURY, MA — A lumber yard has been proposed for a site in Tewksbury. The Planning Board heard about the project at a meeting last month, according to The Tewksbury Town Crier.

Plans call for a lumber and materials yard at 1628 and 1636 Shawsheen St. The parcels are in an industrial district and currently have a former auto salvage site and a single-family home.

The new use would involve administrative offices in the home for an existing business looking to relocate.
