Mexican Restaurant Opens 2nd Location In Tewksbury

TEWKSBURY, MA — 3 Amigos Bar & Grill has opened a Tewksbury location at 1777 Main St. The restaurant opened on Tuesday.

The restaurant has an existing Malden location.

"We are excited to open a second location and bring authentic Mexican cuisine and freshly made margaritas to the town of Tewksbury!" 3 Amigos wrote in a Facebook post.

The establishment's menu includes classic Mexican dishes like carnitas tacos, steak fajitas, and quesadillas along with other offerings like red snapper and Cajun chicken pasta.

The space was previously occupied by Bobby & Jack’s Memphis Barbecue, which opened in 2018.

3 Amigos is the fourth specialty cuisine establishment to occupy the spot, according to The Tewksbury Carnation. Before Bobby and Jack's opened at the 8,300-square-foot space, it was home to Mehfil Indian Cuisine, which took it over from a Chinese buffet.
