TEWKSBURY, MA - Michael S. Shepard, age 38, of Tewksbury, passed away at the Lowell General Hospital on Friday, Feb. 26, 2016.

Born in Goldsboro, NC on September 16, 1977, he was the son of Stephen E. and Patricia (McKinnon) Shepard of Tewksbury, who survive him.

Mike was raised in Tewksbury and attended Tewksbury schools.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, Benjamin M. Shepard of Tewksbury and Jillian J. Cornell of Wilmington; one sister, Kelly A. Pasquariello and her husband John of Tewksbury; one brother, Christopher J. Shepard and his wife Elizabeth of Salem, NH; his nieces and nephews, Johnny, Emily, Ryan, Ella, and Charlotte. He also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

Calling hours are Wednesday, March 2, from 4-8 p.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. His funeral will be held Thursday, March 3, at 9 a.m. from the funeral home, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. William’s Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Interment at Tewksbury Cemetery.
