Narcotics Investigation Leads to Cocaine Distribution Arrest
Two were arrested and found to be delivering to locations in Tewksbury.

A narcotics investigation has led to the arrest of two individuals distributing cocaine to Tewksbury locations.
On Tuesday, Sept. 8, members of the Tewksbury Police Department conducted a narcotics investigation into cocaine distributors delivering to locations in Tewksbury. Intelligence led detectives to set up surveillance on Barry Drive in Tewksbury.

Detectives subsequently arrested Victor Tejeda, 26, of 51 Osgood St. (Apartment #R41) in Methuen and Francheska Morales, 26, of 57 Basswood St. in Lawrence. Both individuals were arrested for “Distribution of a Class B Substance” (cocaine) and “Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.”
Victor Tejeda and Francheska Morales were due to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Sept. 9.
