The second annual Fall Harvest Festival is Sunday, Sept. 13 from noon to 5 p.m. at Livingston Field. Officials say all parking will be at the Tewksbury State Hospital in any of their parking lots and free shuttle buses will be provided to the event. Shuttle service beings at 11:30 a.m. and will run until 5:30 p.m. Handicapped patrons with proper plate or placard will be allowed to park in assigned parking near the field on Livingston Street.
