Select Board Sets May 2 & 4 As Tewksbury Town Meeting Dates
Residents have until Feb. 25 to submit warrant articles for the annual and special town meetings.
TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury's annual and special town meetings will be held May 2 and 4 after the Select Board voted Tuesday to set the dates and open the warrants for both meetings.
The annual town meeting will be 7:30 p.m. May 2 at Tewksbury Memorial High School, as set in the town's by-laws. The special town meeting will be 7 p.m. May 4, also at the high school.
The warrants for both meetings opened Wednesday and residents have until 4:30 p.m. Feb. 25 to submit warrant articles. Article submissions must have the signatures of 10 registered voters for the annual meeting and 100 voters for the special meeting.

In addition to the annual budget, town meeting attendees will likely vote again on a proposed rewrite of the zoning bylaws and map, which proponents are currently revising with public input after it was narrowly defeated in 2021.
