Town officials want residents to be aware that the paving of the East Street, Shawsheen Street and Dascomb Road intersection in Tewksbury at the Andover town line has been scheduled. Work will take place during daylight hours on Saturday, May 16, and during the nights of Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20. The night work is will happen from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday night. Significant traffic delays should be anticipated during this time; however, roads will not be closed and detours will not be utilized. Residents are urged to plan accordingly and seek alternate routes. Police officers will be on scene for traffic control and safety.Daily road construction is scheduled to continue at this location through this fall.
