'She Always Finds Time': Tewksbury Hero Nurse

TEWKSBURY, MA— When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

This submission comes from Julie Andreason who nominated her daughter Julie Balboni, of Tewksbury.

Relationship to nominee: my daughter

Reason for recognition: Julie a three-year graduate from nursing school who has been working in the hospital setting. As busy as she is with family and work, she always finds time to make a meal or offer her services to anyone in need. Julie is caring of all and I'm so proud of her.

One thing to know: Julie went to nursing school at age 47 to follow her dream.
