State Creates Complaint Form For Tewksbury Hospital Staff: Report
The anonymous complaint system following a pair of recent altercations between patients and hospital staff.
TEWKSBURY, MA — The state has launched an anonymous complaint form for Tewksbury State Hospital employees following a pair of recent attacks, the Lowell Sun reported Monday.
A hospital employee is "recovering at home" after an altercation with a patient; the Sun reported that the employee was a nurse who was "nearly strangled to death."
State Rep. Colleen Garry, R-Dracut, told the Sun about the form's creation.
