Tewksbury Boys' Hoops Start MIAA Tournament with a Bye

This is the second year in a row the team gets a bye in the first week of tournament play. They play in the second round Thursday night.

TEWKSBURY, MA - For the second year in a row Tewksbury Memorial High School boy’s basketball gets a bye in the first round of the MIAA North Division 2 tournament this week.

The Redmen, who are the number 7 seed in the tourney, will play Woburn (who also has a bye week this week) on Thursday, March 3 at 7:45 p.m. at Tewksbury.

Tewksbury went 15-7 in regular season play.

Salem, which went 18-2 in the regular season, is the number one seed.
