Tewksbury Launches 'Stop The Spread' Campaign Amid Case Increase

The town reported 40 confirmed active cases, Friday, the most since August.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury's Reopening Task Force has launched a new "stop the spread" campaign, amid a recent rise in coronavirus cases.

The town reported 40 active confirmed cases, Friday, the most in over two months. There were 28 confirmed community cases and 12 State Hospital cases, as well as two probable community cases.

The Task Force thanked residents for their work to keep the virus under control, but asked them to remain careful, for the sake of the town's students, businesses and vulnerable residents.
