Tewksbury Police Say Woman Had Daughter In Car During Drug Deal
Police say Amanda L. Ingalls, 29, of Lowell, had her seven-year-old daughter in the car when she sold cocaine to a Tewksbury man.
TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury police arrested a Lowell woman and a Tewksbury man Sunday after detectives conducting a drug investigation at the Ames Hill apartment complex witnessed a suspected drug deal. Police say Amanda L. Ingalls, 29, of 19 Garin Terrace in Lowell, had her seven-year-old daughter in the backseat of the car when she sold cocaine to Sean P. Rea, 36, of 1102 Ames Hill Drive in Tewksbury.
Tewksbury police olice contacted the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families after the arrests. Ingalls was charged with distribution of cocaine and Rea was charged with possession of cocaine.Both were scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Lowell District Court.
