Tewksbury Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Bust

TEWKSBURY, MA —A routine traffic stop in Tewksbury on July 28 ended with a Lowell man facing drug dealing charges. Tewksbury Police say they stopped Luichy E. Pichardo, 30, of 543 Middlesex Street in Lowell, near the Cumberland Farms on Main Street at 3:13 a.m. and found that he had cocaine and fentanyl. Pichardo was arraigned in Lowell District Court on July 29 on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine (subsequent offense) and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl (subsequent offense).
