Three Arrested in Drug Distribution Investigation

All three are Tewksbury residents and are due in court Friday.

Three suspects have been arrested following a Tewksbury Police Department drug distribution investigation.

On Wednesday, June 3, Tewksbury Police Detectives arrested Geoffrey Diaz (Age 37), 213 Cabot Road, Tewksbury, for Distribution of a Class A (Heroin) Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A (Heroin) Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B (Suboxone) Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class C (Clonazepam) Substance, and Possession of a Class E (Lorazepam) Substance.

Also arrested during this investigation was Jeffrey Diaz (Age 39), 213 Cabot Road, Tewksbury, for Possession of a Class E Substance (Clonazepam), and Jason Hines (40), 14 Claire St., Tewksbury, for Possession of Class A (Heroin) Substance.

Detectives initiated the investigation after receiving an anonymous letter. As a result of the arrests, a search warrant was served at 213 Cabot Road and approximately 14 grams of heroin was recovered.

All three subjects were due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court Friday morning.
