Two Arrested on Heroin Charges in Home Depot Parking Lot

Police arrested two Lowell residents on Monday, April 27.

The Tewksbury Police Department arrested two people following a narcotics investigation conducted by Tewksbury Detectives in the Home Depot parking lot located at 85 Main St. on Monday, April 27.

Ryan O’Neil, 25, of 15 Whipple Street in Lowell was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Substance (heroin). Ashley Fichera, 20, also of 15 Whipple Street in Lowell was arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Substance (heroin).

O’Neil and Fichera were both due to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on April 28.
