Wamesit Lanes to Hold October Grand Opening

Wamesit Lanes is gearing up to open next month and is expectd to bring many new jobs to the area. The grand opening is set for October and a job fair is being held on Sept. 19.

Wamesit Lanes is being built at the site of the former Motel Caswell, and will be located at 434 Main St.

Wamesit Lanes Family Entertainment Center will feature 28 bowling lanes, along with eight private/boutique bowling lanes, a world class redemption arcade, state-of-the-art high definition golf simulators, outdoor bocce courts, firepits and more.

The facility will also play host to the FireWater Tavern, featuring a kid-friendly menu and classic American cuisine as well as a selection of craft beers and adult beverages.

A job fair is being held on Saturday, Sept. 19 at the Wyndham Boston Andover Hotel, located at 123 Old River Road in Andover from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
