WALTHAM, MA —Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down the person responsible for a series of graffiti tags around the city.

Releasing a photo with the tag "Morf" in blue spray paint next to the letters H A N V, police took to social media to spread the word, a little tongue in cheek:

"The Waltham Police are interested in talking with an up and coming artist who has graced our city with eye popping art. Although we enjoy this person's talent we are and many private property homeowners do not appreciate the canvas that 'Morf' has chosen."

If you have any information on who "Morf" is, police are asking you contact Detective Mike Maher at 781-314-3561 or mmaher@police.waltham.ma.us
