Assault Prompts Search For Man In Waltham: Police

WALTHAM, MA — The Waltham Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man wanted in connection to an assault last week.

Police said the reported assault happened on Oct. 1, and they have released security images of a man wearing a black and white Nike outfit with white sneakers standing on the Waltham Common that they believe is connected to it.

Police are describing the man as between 18 and 25 years old and between 5'5 and 5'8, and weighing about 175 pounds. Police said he had his hair in a bun on top of his head.
