'Fight Night' Raises Money For Families Of Paul Tracey, Roderick Jackson
The proceeds from the fundraiser were given to the families of Paul Tracey and Roderick Jackson last week, Waltham police said.
WALTHAM, MA — The deaths of Paul Tracey and Roderick Jackson are still on the minds of many in Waltham and Cambridge, and, recently, a fundraiser made sure the families had some help.
Tracey, a Waltham police officer, and Jackson, a National Grid employee hailing from Cambridge, were killed at a worksite on Totten Pond Road in Waltham in December 2023.
The deaths led to mass mourning for many across the state, including at a Waltham funeral service for Tracey and a Cambridge service for Jackson, which brought droves of people to each location.
