Heroin Trafficking, Assault On An Officer: Waltham Police Log
Between January 10 and January 24 police arrested 17 people, including men accused of trafficking heroin.

WALTHAM, MA — Waltham police regularly update what kinds of calls they get each day as well as their arrest records, showing the community who was arrested for what. Charges listed below do not indicate guilt or conviction; they indicate accusations of offenses having been committed.
Friday, Jan. 10:
- Stephen Merisma, 36, of Waltham: Arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs, class B, and class C
- Robert Jackson, 28, homeless, was arrested and charged with trespassing.
Saturday, Jan. 11:
- Paige Qualters, 27, of Boston: was charged with impeded operation and OUI,
Sunday, Jan. 12:
- Daniel Murphy,35, homeless was charged on a warrant with armed assault in a dwelling, armed assault to rob, and assault and battery.
- Michael Cormier, 58, of Waltham was arrested on a warrant for breaking and entering in the night time.
- Marvin Seyonga, 24, of Waltham was arrested on a warrant and charged with revoked license, leaving the scene of property damage, two charges of miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation, and driving on a suspended license.
Monday, Jan. 13:
- Juan Guzman, 25, of Waltham was charged with OUI, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and alcohol in an open container in a vehicle. Angel Mejia Lara, of Roxbury, was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, trafficking heroin/morphine/opium two counts, and one count of distributing a class a drug.
- Yorbis Peguero, 21, of Mattapan was charged with two counts of trafficking heroin/morphine/opium, conspiracy to violate drug law,
- Yosmar Guerrero, 18, of Boston was charged with two counts of trafficking heroin/morphine/opium and conspiracy to violate drug law.
- Victor Dudley, 50, homeless, was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle and accosting or annoying a person of opposite sex.
- David Garcia, 20, of Waltham was arrested on a warrant and charged with threat to commit a crime and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Wednesday, Jan. 15:
- Victor Connor, 53, of Waltham was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
Thursday, Jan 16:
- Jimmy Ramos, 18, of Waltham was arrested and charged on 14 counts, including assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, failing to stop for police, negligent operation of motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, speeding, leaving the scene of personal injury, number plate violation, one way street violation.
Friday, Jan 17
- Robert Jackson, 28, of Waltham was charged with trespassing and breaking and entering.
Saturday, Jan. 18:
- Joshua Hundal, 39, homeless of Waltham was charged with trespassing.
Sunday, Jan. 19
- Donovon Bryson, 38, of Waltham was charged for operating under the influence of liquor. He also had a warrant out for driving on a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving a car that did not meet safety standards.
Friday, Jan. 24
- Jayson Dudley, 18, of Holliston was arrested and charged with unarmed burglary.
