WALTHAM, MA —As Gustazo's on Main Street prepares to move to a spot on Moody Street, in its place a new restaurant called Revelry is already set to pop up. If it's anything like the food truck of the same name, Waltham is about to get some New Orleans inspired food.

Before Christmas the owner of South Boston's Coppersmith and the food truck Revelry, Gerry Curtin, told the licensing commission he planned minimal cosmetic upgrade to the space at 663 Main St. Expect new furniture and a new look, but no major renovation to the space, he told said. Revelry will have a liquor license and plans to employ as many as 25 people in the 54 seat restaurant. Duhamelle Shelia Senat is coming over from Curtin's other restaurant to be the restaurant manager.

Curtin's restaurant and rooftop bar Coppersmith in South Boston is planning to close early January. But before it closes, the Revelry food truck, which serves up New Orleans-style po’boys around Boston, has popped up at Coppersmith to share its classic Cajun dishes.
