Waltham Arrest Log, Feb. 25 - 26: Man Arrested on Drug Charge

Monday, Feb. 25

John Kenney, 18, of 99 Bacon St., arrested on warrant charges for defacing property, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, not having an inspection sticker, larceny over $250 and breaking and entering into a vehicle (nighttime). 

Christopher McGrath, 21, of Brighton, arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation.

David Olmedo, 42, of 1079 Main St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Derek Mosley, 39, Homeless, arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle (nighttime), assault and battery and a warrant charge for assault with a dangerous weapon. 

Tuesday, Feb. 26

Jose Reyes, 20, of 91 Crescent St., arrested and charged with posession of a class B drug. 

Rudelvi DeLeon, 46, of 12 Kingles Ct., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Katrina Ackermann, 29, of 32 Dermody Rd., arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and a warrant charge for driving with a suspended license. 

Eric Busuito, 23, of Milford, arrested on a warrant charge for larceny over $250.

Rossette Mugabe, 31, of 213 Newton St., arrested on a warrant charge for use of a motor vehicle without permission, assault on a public employee and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
