Waltham Arrest Logs, July 24: Car, Booze Arrests
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, July 24
Thomas Marzano, 28, of 12 Manning Rd., arrested on four warrant counts for larceny over $250 and a new charge for possession of a clasa A drug.
Gustavo Yanez, 41, of 14 Middlesex Rd., arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license as an habitual traffic offender and a marked lanes violation.

Jose Herrero, 18, of 7 Charles St., arrested and charged with posession of alcohol under 21, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration and a number plate violation.
Jamie Santiago, 20, of 126 Charles St. arrested and charged with posession of alcohol under 21.

Mario Sosa, 24, of 65 Calvary St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, disobeying a city ordinance sign, and warrant charges for failing to stop or yield, larceny over $250 by false pretenses, not having a vehicle inspection sticker and driving with a suspended license.
