Waltham Man Charged with Indecent Assault
A Chestnut Street residents is facing serious sexual assault charges.
A Waltham man is charged with indecent assault on a person over 14, according to
David Osorio, 45, of 96 Chestnut St., is facing two counts of indecent assault and on a person over 14 and one count of indecent exposure. Osorio allegedly exposed himself to his victim, according to Waltham Police Lt. Joe Brooks. Osorio was arrested on July 22.
Brooks did not elaborate on other details of the case, in line with the department's typical practice.
