Waltham Man Struck By Car Still In Hospital

The victim, a Waltham man, was struck by a car on Feb. 28.

The 65-year-old Waltham man struck by a car on Main Street on Feb. 28 remains in a Boston hospital in serious but stable condition, according to Waltham Police.

The victim is in a medically induced coma at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center after sustaining a head injury, Waltham Police Sgt. William Gallant said. 

The man was struck by a car at 6:54 p.m. on Feb. 28 at the intersection of Main and Fiske streets as he crossed Main Street in a southerly direction in a crosswalk.

Police are investigating the incident. No charges have been filed against the 54-year-old Marlborough woman who was driving the car, Gallant said.
